Returns and exchanges

Most items can be returned within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Returns can be made to us in Ulft: by post or collection service (for large/heavy items), within 14 days.

Return conditions for purchases in the webshop:

– The costs for return shipments are for your own account.

– After you have indicated that you wish to return your item, you must send or deliver it within 14 days. Our address is: Oerseweg 5, 7071 PP Ulft.

– Items that have been made to measure/color or adjusted for you cannot be returned or exchanged if you regret your purchase. This is possible if you have a complaint about it and you want to make a claim under the warranty.

– When returning, the items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging. We can charge you for any depreciation of the product due to damage, for example. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange. You will have to place a new order

– If you return all your items from your order, you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs, the costs for returns are for your own account.

– Make sure you have the invoice or order confirmation with you when you return the item.

– Are you returning the item via a carrier? Then the return procedure depends on the way in which the item was delivered to your home, the costs for returns are for your own account.

When you buy a product, you get 14 days to change your mind. If you are not satisfied, you can register the items with us from one day after receipt via the customer service. If an item has to be picked up, the return costs are for your own account.

When you buy a product, you get 14 days to change your mind. If you are not satisfied, you can make a collection appointment via the customer service. The costs of this return can be up to € 150.

Also important

– Items that have been assembled can only be returned if the item has been disassembled again. All materials and parts must be supplied complete in (as far as possible) the original packaging. Make sure that the items are well protected against any transport damage. We can withhold part of the purchase price if the returned items have become less valuable and can therefore no longer be sold for the original price.

– All items are packed with the utmost care for transport. Unfortunately, an item can still be damaged during transport. Therefore, check your purchase carefully immediately after delivery. Is an item damaged upon delivery? Have the delivery person make an (electronic) note on the receipt before you sign for receipt. Read on for the return or exchange of items damaged on delivery. If an item does not work properly or breaks, come to our store to have it fixed. If you are not sure whether the defect is covered by the warranty, please contact us first customer service.

– If we have received the returned items or you can prove that the items have been returned, we will refund you as soon as possible.

Refund when canceling webshop orders

– Did you cancel with us in Ulft? 
Then we will refund you in cash or with a transfer to your bank account*
– Did you pay with a credit card?
Then we will make a transfer to your credit card bank account.
– Did you cancel by phone?
Then we will refund you with a transfer to your bank account*

* Normal bank transfer processing time is 14 days, barring exceptions.

The period of 14 days starts on the day on which you have reported the cancellation. Do you cancel a complete order on time? Then you will also receive the paid shipping costs back. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.

Report return

Self return via parcel service (self franking)

You can make a return by contacting our customer service. Have your order number to hand. For large and/or heavy items, we will make a collection appointment together, because they cannot be returned by parcel post.

The following applies to other articles:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
  2. Pack the item in a sturdy outer box.
  3. Hand in the package at a PostNL parcel point. The shipping costs are for your own account.
  4. Ask for proof of delivery and keep it safe. We are not liable for damage or lost return items.
  5. After receipt of the item, it will be assessed whether it meets the return conditions. If that is the case, we will do our best to refund the full amount within 5 working days. Sometimes this does not work, but you can assume that you will receive the money back no later than 14 days after your return.

Didn't receive a refund?

It differs per bank how long it takes for the refund to appear on your account. We pay within 5 working days after processing the return. Is the amount still not in your account after 14 working days? Please contact the customer service.
